iCapture Travel Services Tour Policies

1. Weather-Related Cancellations:

We provide a 100% refund if the tour is canceled due to adverse weather, based on an official notice from the Philippine Coast Guard or other authorities.

2. On-the-Spot Cancellations:

If no official cancellation occurs and the tour proceeds, any guest cancellation on-site results in 100% forfeiture of the booking.

3. Late Cancellations:

Cancellations after 7 a.m. incur a cancellation charge.

4. Senior Guests and PWD:

Seniors and persons with disabilities must declare any medical conditions before the tour. As this is a leisure activity, participants must be prepared and ensure their safety. We do not provide travel insurance, guests must secure their own.

5. Medical Disclosure:

All guests must declare medical conditions prior to the tour. We are not liable for health incidents not disclosed in advance.

6. Safety Compliance Guests must strictly follow all safety instructions given by the boat captain and tour guide, including the proper use of life vests. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

7. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. For joiner tours, avoid bringing valuables. For private tours, we also discourage important belongings.

8. Rental Items: Inspect all rental items before use. Guests are charged for any damage or loss.

9. Joiner Tour Waiting Time: Joiner tours involve waiting, patience is required.

10. Tour Guide Respect: Our professional guides must be respected; they are not personal assistants. Disrespectful behavior may lead to tour cancellation, with the guest responsible for disruptions. We do not tolerate altercations, please respect the process.
