1. Weather-Related Cancellations

A 100% refund will be issued if the speedboat tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, based on an official advisory or suspension issued by the Philippine Coast Guard or any other authorized government agency.

2. On-the-Spot Cancellations

If there is no official cancellation from authorities and the tour is allowed to proceed, any on-the-spot cancellation by the guest shall be 100% forfeited.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made after 7:00 a.m. on the day of the tour will be subject to a cancellation charge, regardless of the reason.

4. Senior Guests / PWD (Persons with Disabilities)

Senior citizens and PWD guests must declare any medical conditions prior to the tour. Speedboat tours are leisure activities with inherent risks, and guests must ensure they are physically fit to join. No travel or accident insurance is included in the tour package. Guests are encouraged to secure their own insurance.

5. Medical Disclosure

All guests must declare any existing medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, mobility issues, pregnancy, or recent surgeries) before the tour. The tour operator shall not be held liable for incidents arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

6. Safety Compliance Guests

must strictly follow all safety instructions given by the boat captain and tour guide, including the proper use of life vests. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

7. Personal Belongings The tour operator shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are strongly advised not to bring valuable items. Bringing valuables is at the guest’s own risk.

8. Rental Equipment

All rental items (e.g., snorkeling gear, life vests, dry bags) must be checked by the guest before use. Any loss or damage to rental items during the tour will be charged to the guest.

9. Private Tour Waiting Time (Coast Guard Processing)

Even private speedboat tours may require a short waiting period prior to departure due to mandatory documentation and clearance processing with the Philippine Coast Guard. This waiting time is part of standard safety and legal procedures and is generally shorter than joiner tours. Guests are requested to remain patient and cooperative during this process.

10. Respect Toward Tour Guides and Boat Crew

Tour guides and boat crew are trained professionals and must be treated with respect at all times. They are not personal nannies or attendants. Any form of verbal abuse, disrespectful behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate termination of participation, without refund, at the discretion of the tour operator and crew.

11. Authority to Refuse or Terminate Service

The tour operator and boat crew reserve the right to refuse or terminate participation of any guest who: • Is intoxicated or under the influence of prohibited substances • Poses a safety risk to themselves or others • Violates safety rules or shows disrespectful behavior

12. Assumption of Risk

Guests acknowledge that speedboat tours involve natural and operational risks, including waves, sudden movements, wet surfaces, and weather changes. By joining, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activity.
